Linda Smith

Passed away unexpectedly, with her family by her side, at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound on Sunday evening, May 24, 2015, at the age of 63.   Loving wife and very best friend of Michael.   Linda is survived by her 2 sons Dustin (Rebecca) of Owen Sound and Kelly (Sarah) of Calgary, grandchildren Tristan and Ryan, brother Douglas Cornett and sisters Marilyn Collins and Colleen McMullen.   Predeceased by her parents Austin and Florence (nee Sutton) Cornett and brothers Harvey and Barry Cornett.   As per Linda’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Linda’s Life will be held at the Harrison Park Community Centre on Saturday, May 30, 2015 from noon to 2 p.m.   Thanks to the EMS, the doctors on Floor 6-1 of GBHS and special thanks to Dr. Johnson in ICU for her caring and extraordinary effort.   Memorial donations to the Friends of MacGregor Point or the Grey Sauble Conservation Authority – Memorial Forest Fund would be appreciated by the family.   Arrangements entrusted Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services  519-371-8507.
