Alice Atkins

Passed away peacefully at the Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce on Wednesday,  April 20, 2016.   Alice Atkins of Hanover, in her 75^th year.   Beloved wife of Clyde.   Loving mother of Jane (Lorne) Bell of Gorrie and Lynn (Rick) Marshall of Durham.   Dear grandma of Mike, Jeff, Jessica, Kayla, Travis, Shane and Derek and dear great-grandma of Rylee, Jaxon and Lyla.   Also survived by brothers Howard, Lloyd and Pat Secord and sisters Shirley Pegelo, Judy Self, Joan Secord and Barb Secord.  Predeceased by her mother Laverne Wittman, daughter Wanda, grandson Christopher and brothers Gerald and Billy Secord.   Cremation has taken place.   A Come and Go Celebration of Life will be held at Alice’s and Clyde’s home, 479 7^th Street, Hanover on Sunday, May 15^th from 1 – 5 p.m.   Memorial donations to the Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce or the Children’s Wish Foundation would be appreciated by the family.   Arrangements entrusted to Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services 519-371-8507.  Online condolences may be made through www.greybrucecremation.com.
