Norman Shackleton

Passed away at the Southampton Care Centre on Saturday, February 11, 2017. Norman Shackleton, formerly of Port Elgin, at the age of 80. A retired dairy farmer from Caledon East. Dearly loved husband of Bonnie. Survived by his children; Noreen (Ron) Farrell of Brampton, Carolyn (Allan) Wadley of Inglewood, Finlay (Sherri) Shackleton of Cheltenham, Nancy (Marcus) Knecht of Alton, and grandchildren; Travis, Darren, Connor, Josie, Jazmine, Shalea, Daniel and three great grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by Bonnie’s children; Deryl (Jennifer) Downey of Kentucky, Tim (Danica) Doucette of Toronto, Kris Doucette of Tiverton, Sharon Doucette of Toronto and Rick (Helen) Doucette of Toronto. Special papa to Tristan, Sarrah, Julia, Makayla, Amber-Rose, Cheyanne, Kennedy, Rhianon, Niko, Jacob, Oliver, David, Kaitlyn, Ember and Keaton. Brother of Keith (Diane), Rosemary Gauvin and the late Bill. A celebration of Norman’s life will be held at the Shoreline Baptist Church, Port Elgin on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to PRANCE or the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
