Irene Eden

Much loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away peacefully at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound surrounded by her family on Friday, April 21, 2017, at the age of 81.   Beloved wife of the late Floyd Eden.   Survived by her daughters Lyn and her partner Jim and Joanne and her husband Mike Boyce, grandchildren Todd (Tabi) and Geoff Browne and Ashley Boyce (Mike) and Cody (Lauren) Boyce and great-granddaughter Sophie, all of Owen Sound.   Also survived by her brother Bob and his wife Marlene Crossley and family of Park Head and several special nieces and nephews.   Predeceased by brother Ralph Crossley.   Cremation has taken place.   At Irene’s request, there will be no service.   If desired donations to the Owen Sound Regional Hospital Foundation c/o Rehabilitation and Restorative Care or a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.   Special thanks to Dr. Savaria, Dr. Young, NP Sue Kelly and everyone that had a part in caring for Rene and her family.   Arrangements entrusted to Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services 519-371-8507.  Online condolences may be made at www.greybrucecremation.com.
