David Mitchell

Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Georgian Heights, Owen Sound on Saturday, December 14, 2019, at the age of 73.  Cherished Dad of Toni Mitchell (Mark) and Trudy Morrison (Dave).  Loving Poppa of Cody, Madison and Paige and Gabrielle and Jennelle.  Loving Great-Poppa to Ivy (Whiskers).  Also survived by his sister Darlene Brown (Elmer).  Predeceased by his parents Sam and Allie Mitchell and brothers Harvie and Willard.  Dave was an avid bargain hunter and attended many garage sales over the years.  He was a loyal customer to all the Tim Hortons in Owen Sound and made many friends during his visits.  He was a wizard at gadgetry; there was nothing that he couldn’t invent.  Cremation has taken place.  A private memorial will be held.  Spring interment in Shiloh Cemetery.  Memorial donations to Rotary House, c/o RVH Foundation, Barrie would be appreciated by the family.  Online condolences may be made at www.greybrucecremation.com.
