Donna Goodfellow

Donna Merle Goodfellow (née Scott) passed away peacefully in her 82nd year surrounded by her family on May 20, 2021 after a strong battle with cancer.  Beloved wife to William Mervyn Goodfellow. Loving mother to Doug (the late Patricia), Scott (Tara) and Todd (the late Kimberly). Adored grandmother of 11 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.  Loved sister of Fred Scott (Marina Ablett).  Predeceased by her infant son Randy, brother William Scott and sister Coral Mercer (née Scott).  Donna started her career as a Hairdresser and then many years in the world of Retail.  She delighted in her family, her friends at work, and her neighbourhood friends.  Her immense kindness and strength will be missed dearly by all who knew her.  She touched the hearts of many people and the legacy that she leaves with us is how much she radiated the love of people.  Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a private funeral will be held.  Memorial donations can be made to the Chapman House Hospice (www.greybrucehospice.com) or to the Canadian Cancer Society.  Arrangements entrusted to Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services 519-371-8507.
