Gerardo Fernandez

We are saddened to announce that Gerardo passed away suddenly at home in Owen Sound on December 27, 2023 at the age of 71.  Born in Montevideo, Uruguay on January 2, 1952.  He is survived by his loving wife Linda Styles of 39 years, his stepdaughter Michelle, his sister Graciela, his niece Cherie and his nephews Marcel and Bernie.  Predeceased by his parents Edward Fernandez and Maria Martinez and his sister Patricia.  Gerardo was a great graphic artist.  He loved to draw and he often made Christmas and birthday cards for family and friends.  He had a great sense of humour.  He loved to build furniture and he loved to sing and play his guitar.  Cremation has taken place.  Arrangements entrusted to Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services.
