Kenneth J. Slack

Kenneth James Slack, of Owen Sound, passed away at the University Hospital in London on January 17, 2024 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by his wife of over 50 years, Sally Slack. He is survived by 3 sons, Michael (Cheryl), Richard (Colleen) and Kenneth Jr. (Tania). Ken also had 5 grandchildren Brock, Troy, Crystal, Lyndsay and Lauren and 4 great grandchildren Charlotte, Grace, Jonah and Ireland.  Ken enjoyed golf, curling, fishing, hockey and anything technical. Ken was the founder of Kenair Communications. Many years ago, Ken was President of the Toronto chapter of the Associated Canadian Travelers where he was referred to as “HiFi Slack.”  Ken’s passion was his cottage located on the shore in Oxenden, which he built himself.  After cremation and interment at Greenwood Cemetery, the family will have a private memorial service.  Arrangements entrusted to Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services, www.greybrucecremation.com.
