Lukah Sylvestre

June 2, 2001 – July 27, 2024

Lukah Gabriel Sylvestre passed away on July 27, 2024.  Loving son of Joanne Cochrane and Ted Carmichael, as well as Joseph Nicholas Sylvestre.  Beloved brother to Molly, Garrett, Elizabeth, Logan and Noah.  Grandson of Allan Cochrane, Bonnie Cochrane and Susan and the late Wayne Carmichael.  Lovingly remembered by great grandmothers Jean Lundy and Marjorie Cochrane.  Loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, especially Ester Allen, Shane Clausen and Kyle Byers.

Lukah was an avid outdoorsman.  He enjoyed fishing, camping and many adventures with his uncles Grant and Matt as well as his grandfathers.  Lukah had endless love for his siblings and family pets.  He had a big heart and a gentle smile. Due to his quiet nature, an intimate gathering to celebrate Lukah will be held in the near future.  As expressions of sympathy, donations to the PEPP Team (Mental Health Program) at Brightshores Owen Sound Hospital would be appreciated.   Arrangements entrusted to Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services.
