John Barrowcliffe

On June 8, 2023 peacefully with family by his side, at the Lion’s Head Hospital, John Stanley Barrowcliffe passed away in his 92nd year.  Beloved husband of Katherine “Tina”.  Loving father of Robert Barrowcliffe and Sue.  Proud grandfather of Tasha, Kenny and Cole.  Sadly missed by brother-in-law Bill and Karen Messel, sister-in-law Leona  Messel and Sam and niece Joan and John Vernham.  Predeceased by granddaughter Krista and sister Jessie Pledger.  As per John’s wishes cremation has taken place.  John will be greatly missed by his family, friends and neighbours.  Donations to the Bruce Peninsula Hospitals Foundation (Lion’s Head Hospital) or the Peninsula Family Health Team (Tobermory Clinic) would be greatly appreciated.
