Robert “Bob” Jones

Passed away peacefully at the Southampton Care Centre on Monday, October 17, 2016.   Bob Jones of Southampton, at the age of 80.   Bob sailed the Great Lakes for 49 years in the marine industry.   After retiring, Bob’s passion became golf.   Loving husband of Marie.   Dear father of Toni (Tim).  Papa of Sutherland.   Predeceased by his parents Joseph and Rosella Jones and siblings Carol Allan, Florence Stephens, Margaret Tedford and Frank Jones.   Cremation has taken place.   A celebration of life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 155, 13 Grosvenor Street, Southampton on Saturday, November 19, 2016 from 2 – 4 p.m.  As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 155, Southampton would be appreciated by the family.   Online condolences may be made at www.greybrucecremation.com.
