Ken Bale (Kenny,Dude,Legend)
On May 31st 2025, Kenneth George Bale, a true legend, was lost at the age of 92.
Predeceased by his beautiful and loving wife Linda Bale, wonderful father to Cathy Hatten (Kevin), Allison Bale (Allan) and Mark, and grandfather to Aaron, Derek and Erin.
Ken was an extraordinary man whose sense of humor was unmatched, he loved to tease, and may have been known to enjoy a rum and coke every now and again. He was the type of person to give you the shirt off his back or sneak a twenty-dollar bill in your pocket if he thought you needed it. There was no salesman who compared to him…so many trophies, so little time. He loved dogs and had a passion for lacrosse, which was evident in his 25+ years of service on the Owen Sound North Stars Lacrosse committee and his running of the 30-second clock.
A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, we kindly ask that you consider making a donation to the Alzheimer Society or to the Owen Sound North Stars Lacrosse Club.
There are no words to express how much he will be missed. He was beloved by all and will be remembered fondly and with much love.
