Robert Blackwell

Robert Cecil Blackwell, born on January 27, 1938, peacefully passed away on January 10, 2026 at the age of 87. He shared 63 years of a loving marriage with his wife, Marilyn (née Reuber). Robert was a devoted father to Mark, Scott (Sara), Steven (Kim), and Carissa (Seth), and a proud grandfather to Adam, Melissa, Amy, Megan, and Emily.

A dedicated teacher, Robert was deeply connected to the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, finding solace in canoeing and camping across the landscapes he adored. These passions reflected his profound appreciation for nature’s tranquil beauty and the grounding moments it provided. He held great pride in the family’s 100-acre farm, a place that holds cherished memories and traditions.

He will be deeply missed by his family.
