It is with heavy hearts that we share that Glen passed away unexpectedly after surgery in St Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener on Friday 24 April 2026 in his 70th year.

He leaves his loving wife Anne and daughter Natasha at home. Glen is the youngest son of Hugh and Annie (Reid) Campbell. He is survived by his sister Charlotte (Ron) Spitzig of Hanover, Colin of Walkerton and brother-in-law Mike Donaldson of Paisley. Glen enjoyed chats with his nieces and nephews. He is remembered by his aunt Shirley Woodason and many cousins. He is predeceased by his parents, brothers David and Howard and by his aunts and uncles. He also leaves his furry friends Louie and Sadie.

After high school, Glen travelled to Edmonton and drove trucks with his brother Howard. He enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephew and made many friends there. Returning to Ontario he worked as a Heavy Machinery Operator in many areas of construction. At work he had an attitude of common sense and ‘hands on’. Glen knew a little about everything having a very inquisitive mind.

Glen was raised on a farm and enjoyed the country. When he and Anne were married they lived on a farm outside of Formosa. Then they bought the hobby farm north of Markdale. Here Glen raised a few pigs and chickens. He was always puttering around.

Memorial donations may be made to Grey Bruce Animal Shelter or the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Arrangements entrusted with thanks to Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services, greybrucecremation.com.
