Glen Wright

August 4, 1946 – May 5, 2026

Glen Wright passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, in his 80th year at the Owen Sound Hospital. He was predeceased by his parents Jim and Margaret Wright and by his brother John Wright.

Glen grew up on the 4th of Saugeen and was a resident of Paisley for many years and was well known throughout the community. He enjoyed going for walks and delivering newspapers to residents around town. He was actively involved with the Bruce County Heritage Association, where he generously volunteered his time, and he was always willing to help with many other community and town events whenever he could.

Glen was a great friend to many, always ready to lend a helping hand. In his later years, he became a regular participant at the Paisley Crokinole events, where he enjoyed the friendship and company of others.

He will be lovingly remembered by all who knew him.

A private burial will take place. There will be a get together at a later date at the Paisley Legion with Coffee, Tea and Crokinole in honour of Glen.

Donations in Glen’s memory may be made to the Bruce County Heritage Association or the Paisley Legion.
