With heavy hearts the family of Sandra Louise Brown (née Byers) announce her passing in her 79th year at Brightshores Health System, Owen Sound on Thursday, August 13, 2026.
Cherished and dear Mom of Donna (Barry) Subject of Tara, Raymond Brown, Gregory Brown (Rhonda) and Brian Brown (Rachel), all of Owen Sound. Dear grandmother to Sabrina Brown (Dan Fleming), Eric Brown and Ethan Brown. Great grandma to Asher and Oakley Fleming. Survived by her sister Linda Byers and brothers Michael Byers (Veronica) and Timothy Byers, all of Port Elgin. Aunt of Melanie Byers, Jon Byers and Michaela Byers. Will be remembered by many cousins. Predeceased by her parents Lawrence and Mabel Byers, brothers Joseph, Edward and Maurice and son James Brown.
Cremation has taken place with a private family graveside service to be held at Sanctuary Park Cemetery, Port Elgin. Celebration of Life to be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services, greybrucecremation.com.
