Mildred Hemstock

Passed away peacefully at home in Port Elgin with her family by her side on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at the age of 80.  Beloved wife of the late Henry Hemstock.  Loving mother of Steven Hemstock of Port Elgin, Lori Hemstock of Grande Prairie, Alberta, Phyllis Poisson of Port Elgin and Sheila Coqu of Port Elgin.  Grandma of Shannon, David, Lindsay, Christa, Nicole, Daniel and Mitchell and great-grandma of Arielle, Emily, Mason and Chase.  Also survived by sister Barb Currie of Port Elgin and brother Gordon Byers of Fort Qu’Appelle, Saskatchewan.  Cremation has taken place.  A private family gathering will be held at a later date.  Memorial donations to the Canadian Liver Foundation would be appreciated by the family.  Arrangements entrusted to Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services 519-371-8507.  Online condolences may be made at www.greybrucecremation.com.
