Murray Warren

Passed away peacefully at the Hanover and District Hospital on Saturday, March 30, 2019, at the age of 92.  Beloved husband of Donna Warren.  Dear father of Gregory Warren of Toronto, Dr. Glenn Brown (Brenda Laughlin) of Napanee, Toni (Don) Milligan of Gilford and Rodney (Tamara) Warren of Elmwood.  He was grandfather to 11 and great-grandfather to 12.  Cherished brother of Ted (Marian) Warren and Roy Warren, all of Kitchener.  Predeceased by sons Reginald and Barry Brown.  Murray was born February 23, 1927 to Benjamin and Lauvina Warren, who established and operated Warren’s Greenhouses on Strange Street in Kitchener.  Murray was a master electrician and his trade brought him to Hanover in 1976 to work at the Hanover and District Hospital on maintenance until his retirement in 1992.  He was known for his generosity and helpfulness.  A memorial service will take place at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 401791 Grey Road 4, Allan Park (east of Hanover) on Friday, April 5, 2019 at 12 p.m. with visitation at 11 a.m. until time of service.  Online condolences may be made at www.greybrucecremation.com.
