Jacqueline Heckbert Powell (née McCosh) passed away at Chapman House, Owen Sound on October 7, 2025 at the age of 95. Dear wife of the late Donald Powell (June 22, 2006). Loving mother of Gordon (Susan). Proud grandmother of Jamie (Drake) and Taylor (James) and great grandmother of Aubrey and William. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents William Dudley and Flossie Belle McCosh as well as her sisters Shirley Holland, Arlene Welch, Joyce Lutes and Mary Lou Bouthiette. Cremation has taken place.
