Larry Schank

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Larry Schank, a kind, honest, and hardworking man who could always be counted on.

After a long and courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease, Larry passed away peacefully at Brightshores Health System in his 69th year.

He will be forever loved and remembered by his sons Chris (Laura) of Owen Sound, Mike Schank (Jennifer) of Auckland, New Zealand, as well as by his stepdaughters Jeanette Simkins (Andrew) and Julie Strong (Tommy), siblings Lisa Shank (Jim), Sandy (Sam), Norm Schank (Linda), and Pat Mckee

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Owen Sound Legion in the North Atlantic Room on Wednesday, October 22nd from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Parkinson’s research would be greatly appreciated.
