Jack Wade Moore

March 12, 1974 – March 9, 2026

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jack Wade Moore at the age of 51.

He is survived by Pamela and their sons Thomas and Bradley; by his brother Scott (Tina) and their children Stephanie (Theo) and Riley; by his brother Darren (Pamela) and their children Jonah, Elizabeth and Nicholas (Chiara) and their son Myles; as well as many relatives and friends, both near and far.  He was predeceased by his mother Laura in 2009 and his father Jack in 2018.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all whose lives he touched.
